The International Graduate in Sales position is designed to accelerate the early development of a Sales professional by offering the chosen candidate the opportunity to experience several rotational assignments within a number of SCHOTT’s business units. The position will provide the chosen candidate: the ability to “learn by doing”; greater exposure to various departments within the business and a better understanding of SCHOTT. An international assignment of 3 months is included in the program.
• You can expect an 18-month full-time job entry with an international focus including on and off the
job training (including Intercultural and Project Management training)
• Participation in international projects
• Minimum of one international assignment
• Invitation to SCHOTT's global International Graduate Meeting in Mainz, Germany
