Your Tasks
- 学习轮岗所在部门的知识并进行关键流程的优化项目
Learn the knowhow of department and do the improvement project according to the request of line manager.
- 协助部门进行CAPA分析，并对员工进行培训，必要时更新作业流程。
To support the CAPA analysis and training the employee , update the related process documents when necessary.
- 协助报告生产结果及部门目标
To assistant report on production result and on department objectives
- 确定综合管理系统是被理解和执行的（质量、环境、健康和安全）
To ensure the integrated management system (quality, environment, health & safety) is understood & implemented consistently
- 积极参加公司的活动（像远景规划、TPM, ISO,建议系统）
Involve and participate actively in company program (such as Vision, TPM, ISO. Suggestion system)
- 为中国的技术服务项目服务
Fully engaged in China project to support P business strategy
