Criteria

We recruit graduates from diverse backgrounds, from various areas of study and into every area of our business, including: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, Business, Finance/Accounting, Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Whatever your degree background, you must be:

 Innovate Graduate Technology Program 

Innovate focuses on leveraging our technology leadership and is best suited for talented, innovative, and creative minds.

As an Innovate participant you must be curious about how the next generation of technology will shape and influence the way we all live and work.

An ideal Innovate candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related discipline
• A maximum of three years full-time working experience after completing studies, prior to starting the program
• Experience in R&D is an added advantage

The program gives you a chance to work with like-minded people who are pioneers in our business and advanced thinkers in their chosen field. You’ll collaborate with them to solve some of the most challenging issues faced by our customers.
