Our Early Career Program (ECP) is designed to bring out the best in you. The 18-month global programs are intended for recent graduates or professionals early in their career, encouraging and empowering the leaders in them.

Criteria
We recruit graduates from diverse backgrounds, from various areas of study and into every area of our business, including: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, Business, Finance/Accounting, Marketing and Human Resource Management.
Whatever your degree background, you must be:
- Passionate about technology and its application
- Commercially aware
- Articulate, professional and ambitious
- A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills
Excellerate gives you an outstanding opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level, rising up to challenges and becoming a leader.
As an Excellerate participant you must be able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions.
An ideal Excellerate candidate should have:
- An MBA (Master of Business Administration) or similar degree
- Three to six years of full-time working experience in a business enabling role
- The vision and ambition to share our global perspective
The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
