Growing Professional Skills (GPS) Graduate Program
As a graduate, you’ll have the chance to work alongside industry leaders on iconic projects that help shape and connect our cities and communities.
Our Growing Professional Skills (GPS) graduate program is designed to help you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. The GPS program is spread across two years and comprises a range of core competencies and recommended training. As part of the program, we work with you to develop a plan, set your goals, and the actions required to achieve them.
You are welcome to apply to our 2023 graduate program providing you are in the final year of your degree or you completed your university studies within the previous two-year period (2020 – December 2022). You will need to provide evidence of completion before the start of the program.
Your application for a graduate role will be assessed through a staged approach including an initial application review, online strengths-based assessment, one way video interview, and assessment centre/ virtual or face-to-face interview.
Through the application form, video interview and face to face interview you will have an opportunity to show us why you want to work for AECOM, what you are passionate about and any experience/ extra-curricular activities you have been involved in.
You will be notified by the Graduate recruitment team to advise you if your application has been successful. Successful candidates will be issued a formal offer of employment via email.apply here
