Our Future Talent Programme aims to recruit, develop and retain talented college graduates into exciting opportunities across many locations, interacting with a diverse team of industry professionals. We can offer one- or two-year trainee positions (depending upon the location) that will give new engineers and recent university graduates the opportunity to develop skills through a variety of experiences. It’s a fantastic way to learn our business, and start to build an international career with Tetra Pak.

Your development is just as important to us and the programme is designed to challenge and grow your skills, both personally and professionally. Tetra Pak offers two programme tracks:

LEADERSHIP TRACK
A 2-year programme to develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in an international environment.

TECHNICAL TRACK A 1-year programme to develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way. What will you get from the Future Talent programme?

From day 1 you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a real position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and experience a network of colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career.
