Graduate programmes
Whether you’re joining our rotational programmes that give you experience across different functions within the business, or our function specific programmes, you’ll be one of the team, gain in-depth hands-on experience and able to make your mark from day one.
Our Graduate programme begins as a local programme, but offers candidates the chance to build their careers internationally.
There are intakes in a number of markets, including Spain, Portugal, UK, USA and Australia. Candidates need to be eligible to work in a particular market in order to apply for a rotational programme there.
Rotational programmes
Our two-year, rotational programme incorporates up to four rotations across different teams or functions, developing your skills and experience as you go. These rotations will be mostly local in nature but could include some international travel or shorter-term working in different markets – adding increased value and understanding to your development.
Where your rotations take you is based on your profile, as well as opportunities available within the business. In this way, the programme offers a flexible path of development that’s not just built around our transforming business but also you, your strengths and your ambitions.
As these programmes can incorporate different functions, we look for business degrees and related subjects.
Function specific programmes
Much like our business rotational programmes, our function specific programmes allow you to experience different roles within a specific function to give you a well-rounded understanding of that field of expertise and our business. As such, as many functions are global, you may be required to travel internationally for short periods.
Our function specific programmes could include science, engineering, global supply chain, finance to name a few.
You will need to have studied and achieved your degree in a relevant subject to the programme.
Who would succeed in our graduate programmes?
Those who thrive on our graduate programmes have bags of drive, energy and enthusiasm, are curious, ambitious and self-motivated. You’ll be comfortable to take the initiative, challenge the status quo and want to bring ideas to the table to help drive our business forward, and your own career in a global organisation. But that’s not all you’ll need to succeed here. We’ll also be looking for you to show us great relationship management and collaboration skills, the ability to be agile, adapt and influence in a widely transforming organisation alongside numerical and analytical capabilities.
As we are a global organisation, and you will be working with colleagues across the world, it is important that you are fluent in English as well as the local language to the country that the programme is based in.
What happens after you’ve completed your graduate programme?
Our programmes are designed to launch you into your ongoing professional career and support your ambitions. You’ll have scaled up your business acumen and gained valuable hands-on experience alongside building a diverse global network. We will work with you to understand your vision for your career and guide you to opportunities that support that within the organisation.
