RESPONSIBILITIES
· Engage cross functional teams and ODM partners to ensure that Dell delivers high quality products to customers.
· Lead proactive Quality Assurance plans during the product development
· Analyze field return data and identify actions to improve the Customer Experience and reduce dispatch rates
· Drive Lessons Learned process to high user input and lesson institutionalization
QUALIFICATION
· Fresh graduate with bachelor/master degree in EE or Engineering related fields
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Team player and Self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team
