INTEGRATED SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

Integrated Supply Chain in Carlsberg Group manages the brewery network, handles the global procurement processes, sets the global standards for brewing technology, ensures end-to-end planning and aims to deliver world-class logistics and customer service.

The Integrated Supply Chain Management Trainee Programme has been designed to give exposure within the Supply Chain spectrum. Procurement, Production, Logistics and Planning all come under Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) at the Carlsberg Group in Switzerland. This programme will mean an opportunity to see the diverse operations of a brewing company – the local brands that give us our global strength, and how we manage our international network and set new standards in sustainable brewing. Our aim is to develop our future leaders with an functional talent programme through a central assignment. The Management Trainee programme contains projects that will challenge you, mentors who will help you to grow, and training to fast-track your personal development.

Over the course of 18 months ISC Management Trainee will have the opportunity to work with Procurement and as well with Customer Supply Chain Team and exposure in several areas of ISC. You will be based in Switzerland.

ROTATION LIFECYCLE

The ISC Management Trainee will work closely together with the Carlsberg’s Supply Chain organization absolving different assignments within the following departments:

•     Procurement Western Europe & Group
•    Customer Supply Chain Western Europe

The ISC Management Trainee will be involved in the daily operations and support or lead projects within ISC. Department heads will be appointed as mentors along programme to provide guidance and facilitate successful international career opportunities.
